& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "pkr999" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pkr999.one, including all subpages, services, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with pkr999 or who accesses any part of the pkr999 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered gaming account created by a Player on pkr999, through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real funds held within a Player's pkr999 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit granted by pkr999 to a Player's Account, which is subject to wagering requirements and separate terms before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Services" refers collectively to all cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, e-sports betting, and any other gaming or wagering activity available through pkr999.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by pkr999 to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

By creating a pkr999 Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm and declare that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand and accept them without reservation, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Your continued use of pkr999 following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkr999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the contact information held on their Account.

To register and use a pkr999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested.
4. You must not already hold an existing pkr999 Account. Each individual is permitted only one Account. Registration of multiple Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. You must not be accessing pkr999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly and criminally prohibited, and you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of gaming in your specific location.
6. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a pkr999 employee in any of the same categories.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. pkr999 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our support team, via email, or through any other channel.

You agree to notify pkr999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pkr999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has shared login details with a third party.

All activities conducted through your pkr999 Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are presumed to have been carried out by you unless you have reported an unauthorised access event to pkr999 prior to the activity in question.

pkr999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP on your Account. This adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access, particularly important for Accounts holding substantial balances or pending withdrawal requests.

5.1 Deposits. pkr999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), and SadaPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded where possible or held pending KYC investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder through the KYC process. pkr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to each payment method's applicable thresholds as published in the pkr999 Help Centre.

5.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL) are typically processed within one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. pkr999 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 KYC Verification. pkr999 may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their Account suspended and withdrawal requests paused until verification is satisfactorily completed.

pkr999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 or above who have successfully completed any applicable verification requirements.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• pkr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering obligations already in progress.
• Bonus funds obtained through misrepresentation, creation of multiple accounts, or any form of bonus abuse will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• pkr999 reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering periods. Bets exceeding these limits may be voided.

7.1 General. All bets placed and games played through pkr999 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or betting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the game in question.

7.2 Finality of Results. The outcome of all games and settled bets on pkr999 is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13. Results are determined by certified random number generators (for virtual games) or by real-world event outcomes (for sports betting). pkr999 is not responsible for technical errors on a Player's device that affect their experience of a game outcome.

7.3 Voided Bets. pkr999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on clearly incorrect odds arising from a manifest error, where the game or event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or forfeited without a result, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. All game categories and betting markets on pkr999 carry minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed within the game interface or market listing prior to bet placement. pkr999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registration of more than one pkr999 Account by the same individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of manipulation of betting markets or game outcomes;
• Chip dumping, chip passing, or any coordinated strategy to transfer funds between Accounts unlawfully;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime through the pkr999 Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical glitches to gain undue advantage;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a manner that constitutes "bonus abuse" as determined by pkr999 in its sole discretion;
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at pkr999 staff or other Players via the live chat or any other communication channel.

pkr999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place for all pkr999 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any upward adjustment.

11.1 The pkr999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 pkr999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if pkr999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 pkr999 is not responsible for any losses arising from: interruptions to internet connectivity, server downtime, platform maintenance windows, third-party payment provider delays, or any Force Majeure event outside pkr999's reasonable control.

11.4 In any event, pkr999's total cumulative liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total sum deposited by that Player into their pkr999 Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

pkr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where pkr999 determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of gaming outcomes;
• pkr999 is required to do so by law, regulation, or directive from a relevant authority.

In cases of Account termination due to a breach by the Player, pkr999 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the Account, including real funds where they are found to be proceeds of fraudulent activity. Where termination occurs for legitimate operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, pkr999 will facilitate the return of real-money balances to the Player's verified payment method.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and pkr999 in connection with your Account, any bet or game result, a withdrawal, or any other matter governed by these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Contact Support First: The Player must first contact the pkr999 Customer Support team via live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within a short timeframe.
2. Formal Complaint: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support interaction, they may submit a formal written complaint to pkr999 at the email address listed in Section 15. pkr999 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
3. Final Decision: pkr999's decision following the formal complaint review shall be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory dispute resolution procedures required under applicable law.

pkr999's records — including bet histories, game logs, transaction records, and account activity data — shall be the primary source of evidence in any dispute, except where a manifest error in such records can be demonstrated by the Player through credible independent evidence.

pkr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes through Platform notifications or via the contact details held on their Account. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pkr999 Platform after any revision has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact pkr999 to close your Account.
